Come and discover who you really are, as we journey down the River Nile, visiting beautiful historic and sacred sites. We work with all those separated parts of ourselves and instead of judging and criticising them we invite them to have a voice.

These separated parts of us are being expressed in ways that do not work for us any longer and keep us from happiness. It is important that each one of these parts is heard and integrated.

We will show you how to reach those parts of you and listen, then release the negative patterns which keep showing up in your life over and over again. We work with the inner child and the angry, resentful teenager and the confused parent/teacher to bring you peace, love and acceptance.

We learn to celebrate the open loving, joyful parts of us and we create a space for the inner clown in our daily lives. We begin to “See” the world from a different energetic place which is calm, expanded and curious, rather than closed, stuck and afraid.
